Strong Aluminium Frame Construction

The Skyseal flat roof range uses a highly engineered aluminium frame for strong, rigid support (see why framed skylights are the smart choice). Once installed, the frame limits structural movement and fully supports the glass.

By protecting the glass at its weakest points, the frame reduces the risk of impact damage. Tamper-proof fixings and high-grade silicone seals add security and durability.

Thermally Efficient Double Glazing

With a centre-pane U-value of 1.1 W/m²K, this electric roof light is among the most thermally efficient double-glazed roof windows available. High-performance double glazing keeps warmth in during winter and cuts overheating in summer, reducing heat loss and helping lower energy bills.
